Relaxing Monday. Because of the typhoon so that I got a surprise day-off. I decided to make a great western brunch. It's just a simple pancake comes with some fried eggs but it's so easy to make, however, the taste came out much behind what I have gotten in NY. But~ who cares, at least ,Happy, a new member of my house and me like it. haha..... (See the pictures).
"Life is short." don't know why I heard this three times lately....I guess it might be a sign to encourage me up. I have been so lazy lately. Lots ideas in my mind is waiting for a specific plans.....go! Let's get them started~
